Renowned for their toughness, brick pavers have remarkable
transverse and compressive strength. Their high abrasion
resistance has withstood busy traffic areas like shopping
malls. That’s why brick pavers are the first choice for
residential and commercial projects all over the world.
Colour is a critical element of
landscaping. It creates a mood
by bringing design ideas to
life. Colour can harmonize
or contrast with your design,
especially when it’s used for
patterns and borders.
Unlike concrete pavers, clay pavers are colourfast and will not fade. They will not break
down when exposed to Hydrochloric acid and salt attack. Size for size, clay pavers are
stronger, having a higher breaking load than concrete. A 40mm clay paver rates at 4 to
5 kN compared to concrete’s 2 kN. Our 65mm clay paver has the same strength as an
80mm interlocking concrete paver.
Clay bricks and pavers need minimal maintenance, can be recycled and will last almost
indefinitely. You’ve chosen PGH products for their beauty, design flexibility, durability
and value. Now you can confidently choose them for their environmental qualities too.

Below are some of the most popular laying patterns.
(Note that herringbone patterns are recommended for
driveways and other areas used by vehicles. If running bond
is used in wheeled traffic areas, the long side of the paver
should be transverse to the direction of the traffic). |
